Chocolate Date Energy Bites

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 10-12 Dates
- 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
- ¼ to ⅓ cup of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of flax meal
- 1 tablespoon of shreaded coconut
Preparation
- Blend the dates in a food processor or blender
- Add in the other ingredients and blend all together
- Roll the blend into ballsof your desired snacking size.
- Store in fridge
Tips
Any of the ingredients except the peanut butter and dates and be left out of this so that they taste however you want them too.
Substitution:
Any nut butter for the peanut butter
