Recipe 8-Date Energy Bites

Chocolate Date Energy Bites 
Ready in 25 minutes
Serves 4  people

Ingredients

  • 10-12 Dates
  • 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon of shreaded coconut 

Preparation

  1. Blend the dates in a food processor or blender
  2. Add in the other ingredients and blend all together
  3. Roll the blend into ballsof your desired snacking size.
  4. Store in fridge

Tips

Any of the ingredients except the peanut butter and dates and be left out of this so that they taste however you want them too. 
Substitution:
Any nut butter for the peanut butter
