Recipe 7-Peanut Butter Oat Bites

Peanut Butter Oat Bites
Vegetarian-Gluten Free-No Added Sugar
Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze for 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Honey

Preparation

  1. Add the oats to a bowl and mix in peanut butter.
  2. Add honey in and stir all ingredients together.
  3. Mold into balls or any shape you prefer and put on a plate.
  4. Put in the freezer for at least one hour.

Tips

You can add banana to the mixture or substitute it for the honey if preferred. I enjoy this because it enriches the flavor and the texture.
