Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 4 overripe bananas chopped and frozen
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.
- Process until completely smooth, adding a little milk of choice if blender isn’t strong enough.
- Either serve immediately for soft serve, or freeze for up to an hour before scooping out with an ice cream scoop.
Tips
I personally love the taste of peanut butter, so I increase the amount of peanut butter to ⅓ cup and decrease the amount of cocoa powder to ¼ cup. Also protein powder is optional if you want to add some.
