My Life Now

I am so pleased with my life now that I participated in these diets. Before this project, I ate quite unhealthy and I didn't care what types of foods went into my body. I ate foods that were easily accessible and quick to make. Now I know new recipes that are highly nutritious and good for my overall health. I love finding new recipes to try, and I am so much more willing to try healthy foods. My plate is much more varied and I don't eat the same regular foods all the time. I feel like I have more energy than I used to and so much happier to be eating foods that are beneficial to me. Without this diet I wouldn't lead a healthy lifestyle and I am so glad I tried out challenging diets!
