Future Plans

We have been reconsidering our plans for the third part of of diet. We have gone back and forth on determining if we wanted to do all vegan again, added-sugar free again, or a completely new diet. Over the span of the diets we have done already, we have come to the conclusion that we want to design custom diets for ourselves to best fit our own needs. Coming up in the next few blog posts will be designated posts by each of us individually, describing our personal diet plans. We feel that these plans will benefit us the most because over these two diets we have discovered many things about our personal health and the things our bodies need to function at their best. Going back to our current diet though, we are in our third week of added-sugar free, and it is still much harder than anticipated. Even though Sarah has done this diet in the past, she agrees that it is really hard, harder for her than usual.
