Starting our Final Week of Being Vegan

Throughout being vegan we have learned a multitude of things about living a healthy life. It has been challenging, not being able to eat some of our favorite foods, especially with the Superbowl yesterday, but it has led us to appreciate other, more nutritious options. We both agree that as the diet has progressed, it has gotten easier to abstain from animal products. We both have come to love eating healthy, vegan foods and we have noticed increased energy levels. We are both loving eating oatmeal with fruit in the mornings to kick off another healthy day!

  1. That bowl of oatmeal looks so good!!! Congrats on completing your vegan portion! I think cutting out added sugars might be a bit more challenging, because food companies find ways to sneak sugar into everything. I know you both can do it!
